Accreditations

Action Builders' Mark Rovere was selected to build the 2010 Showcase Home for the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association and was the featured home during the 2010 Fall Parade of Homes. This home was certified as a Silver Level Green Home by the National Association of Home Builders Research Center and was the first Showcase Home to receive that level of certification in this area. This home also has received an Energy Start Rating certification.

Mark earned the Certified Graduate Builder designation from the National Association of Home Builders in April 2010. To this designation he was required to attend a number of educational courses in the building industry. He is one of only a few General Contractors in this area to earn this designation. 

Mark earned the Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders in August 2009. Action Builders has been incorporating green products in their custom homes before it was given the name “green.” Mark is very familiar with green building and can suggest green products for your custom home that are both affordable and energy efficient.

Our spec home in the Whitehall subdivision in Madison, AL received the honor of "MLS Home of the Week" by the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors in May 2008
